Remember that deal late last year, when Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) bought Citigroup's BPO arm, Citigroup Global Services? Well, word is we can expect to see a couple of multimillion-dollar BPO contracts in the wake of that acquisition. Details are not available yet, but stay tuned for more information in the near future.

TCS acquired CGSL for $512 million in an all-cash deal. Citi also contracted with TCS to procure process outsourcing services for an aggregate amount of $2.5 billion over 9.5 years. The acquisition is widely expected to help TCS boost its portfolio of both end-to-end IT and BPO services in the global BFSI sector.
