ICS Computing , a U.K.-based provider of payroll outsourcing services, has won a human resource outsourcing (HRO) contract from Victor Chandler International, a Gibraltar-based online gambling company. The duration and financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Under the terms of the contract, ICS will provide Victor Chandler with a multi-currency payroll processing software, payroll services, and an e-HR system to better manage the company’s HR and payroll functions. The e-HR and payroll software will be deployed at ICS’ data centers. This will ensure round-the-clock availability of solutions even in case of any disaster.

ICS will be responsible for processing and managing HR-related and payroll activities, such as BACS payments, employee pay slips, returns to third parties and revenue commissioners, reports, year-end returns, and implementation of new legislative requirements. The e-HR system provides online pay slips to employees generating significant cost savings for the company and ensures convenience for employees.
