PGGM entrusts Payroll Services to ARINSO

ARINSO implemented the first Dutch PeopleSoft Payroll at pension fund PGGM

ROTTERDAM, Since January 2005 ARINSO Netherlands has been processing the payroll of pension fund PGGM. The contract covers all payroll related services based on ARINSO's Integrated Payroll Services offering. Under this full services contract ARINSO will operate and maintain PGGM's payroll system, ensuring the monthly payroll processing for the 1,200 employees of PGGM.

The payroll services are delivered based on the PeopleSoft Payroll solution implemented by ARINSO. PGGM is the first Dutch organization using PeopleSoft's payroll application. The company was already using PeopleSoft Human Resources. In addition to implementing the payroll system, ARINSO realized an upgrade of the PeopleSoft HRMS system late 2004.
ARINSO also provides the functional application maintenance for the Payroll and infrastructure management for both PeopleSoft Payroll & HRMS.

Henri van de Flier, Program Manager HR at PGGM: "With the individualization of work conditions, payroll is becoming increasingly complex. Maintaining the payroll model also requires more expertise. This is why we decided to outsource our payroll to ARINSO. In addition, we now have an integrated HR and payroll administration, making the various monthly interfaces with the payroll system outdated. Also, this means that end-users will have immediate follow-up and personal information response on any change in their salary figures".
